AXA Seguros Mexico Acceso Cliente

At AXA Mexico, we are convinced that being a diverse and inclusive company will lead us to greater productivity, innovation and improvement in our overall performance.

Accordingly, we have designed a solid strategy that includes flex work, home office, a parenting policy for both parents, and health campaigns to detect breast cancer or high blood pressure, for example.  Employees recently created a diversity community within AXA; and we have launched a sponsorship program with an emphasis on women. All those initiatives aim to provide each and every one of our colleagues - in our 52 offices across Mexico - with the same opportunities and rights, in terms of career development, well-being and income.

In March, adopting UN’s Women’s Empowerment Principles, AXA Mexico joined the list of 2,000 firms around the globe committed to take decisive actions to encourage women´s full participation and leadership in the workplace, marketplace, and community.

In line with this, I just participated at the Foro Forbes Mujeres Poderosas, and committed to increase the number of women in senior positions at AXA Mexico from 40% to 50% by 2023 – always appointing the best candidates after a thorough evaluation process. I have also been invited as a speaker at the Women's Forum Americas, on 30th and 31st May 2019, with the aim of sharing our strategy of promoting better access to quality health care for women in Mexico.
