AXA Mexico’s 2018 from a customer’s perspective


Today, AXA presents its annual results 2018 (for details please refer to The main audience of the results presentation are investors and shareholders. At AXA Mexico, we had an excellent 2018 and we achieved record results. However, today I would also like to talk about our customers and highlight some impressive facts and figures.


In 2018, AXA Mexico:

- served more than 7 million customers, almost 500,000 more than a year before.

- handled 610,000 claims to the benefit our customers.

- made customer’s life simpler through the App MyAXA. More than 30% of all claims in our largest business line, Health Insurance, were filed through “MyAXA”.

- saw its partnership with Uber in Motor continue to flourish. We insured more than 25,000 Uber cars and we are not only protecting the drivers but also the riders in most parts of the country.

- took customer opinion very seriously. We are the only insurer publishing the ratings we receive for our service on our webpage Last year, 15,237 customers rated us or shared their opinion.

- launched a new offer (“Instantes de Vida”) for corporate customers to cover impactful life events such as wedding, unemployment or the grant of a degree.
